Who it's for

Enterprise projects are shaped by procurement, security and integration as much as by features. We work inside your review processes and agree support terms in writing.

Working inside enterprise processes

In a large organisation, a new application must clear information security, connect to an ERP or CRM, sign users in through corporate identity and stay supported for years. Business units often bring us a specific tool, such as a dealer portal, an approval workflow or an internal AI assistant, that central IT lacks capacity for. We fit into your vendor onboarding and change management rather than around them.

Challenges

What slows enterprise software projects

  1. Security review cycles

Questionnaires, architecture reviews and VAPT findings to close before go-live.

  2. Legacy integrations

Data locked in SAP, Oracle or on-premise systems with limited APIs.

  3. Identity and access

Users expect single sign-on; auditors expect role-based access and logs.

  4. Unclear support ownership

No agreement on who responds to incidents, how fast and when.

Enterprise-grade foundations

  • SSO and role-based access

SAML or OpenID Connect with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace.

  • Audit logging

Who did what and when, retained per your policy and CERT-In directions where they apply.

  • Integration layer

APIs, queues and scheduled sync with SAP, Salesforce, Oracle or internal databases.

  • Data residency

Hosting in Indian cloud regions or your own environment, encrypted at rest and in transit.

  • Handover documentation

Architecture, runbooks and API docs your IT team can maintain.

How it works

How a request flows through an enterprise application

Shown here for a dealer credit approval; purchase requests and onboarding follow the same pattern.

  1. Employee

Step 1: Sign in with the corporate account

Staff open the application through single sign-on with Microsoft Entra ID, Okta or Google Workspace, so there is no extra password for IT to manage.

  2. Business user

Step 2: Request raised and validated

A dealer credit increase is submitted with the fields the ERP needs, and incomplete or out-of-range entries are caught before anyone approves them.

  3. Workflow engine

Step 3: Rules route the approval

Routing follows amount, region and role rules; approvers act from email or the app, and delegation keeps things moving while someone is on leave.

  4. Integration layer

    Step 4: ERP updated

Once approved, the new limit posts to SAP, Oracle or Salesforce through APIs or queues, with automatic retries if the ERP is busy.

  5. Audit log

    Step 5: Every action logged

Views, changes and approvals are recorded with user and time, and kept for as long as your policy and auditors require.

  6. Support team

Step 6: Monitored under the SLA

Alerts watch errors and response times, and incidents are handled according to the severity levels agreed in the support contract.

Platforms

Delivery platforms for enterprise teams

  • Web

    Web application

Browser-based applications with logins, roles and workflows, such as customer portals, SaaS products and internal tools.

One Flutter or React Native codebase for Android and iOS, with native modules where a feature needs them.

  • Desktop

    Desktop app

Windows and macOS apps for billing counters, kiosks and offline-heavy work, where a browser isn't enough.

Plain-English glossary

Enterprise IT terms, translated

SSO (single sign-on)
Signing in to many applications with one corporate account. Access begins and ends with that central account, which is what security teams and auditors expect.
VAPT
Vulnerability assessment and penetration testing: a security test that looks for weaknesses before attackers do. Most enterprises require one, with fixes retested, before a new application goes live.
Audit log
A record of who viewed or changed what, and when, which ordinary users cannot edit. It answers auditor questions and helps investigate incidents quickly.
Data residency
Keeping data, backups and logs inside a particular country or environment, such as an Indian cloud region. Some sectors and customer contracts make it a requirement.
SLA (service level agreement)
The written commitment on response and resolution times for incidents of each severity. It removes doubt about who fixes what, and how quickly, once the application is live.

Screens from a typical enterprise tool

Illustrative screens with sample data from an internal approvals application.

  • Enterprise software approvals workspace waiting on you table in a web browser, with 4 rows and status labels
Approvals workspace. Approvers see what is waiting, why it was routed to them and the value involved, and act without digging through email threads.
  • Enterprise software approvals on mobile product page on a phone, for CR-4487, with price and options
Approvals on mobile. Managers on the move approve from their phones, signed in with the same corporate account and bound by the same rules.
  • Enterprise software audit log viewer audit log, today in a web browser, with 4 entries
Audit log viewer. Security and audit teams see who did what and when, and can filter for unusual actions such as bulk exports.

Cost drivers

Enterprise cost drivers

  1. Security and compliance scope

VAPT remediation, retests and review documentation add time beyond features.

  2. Integration depth

Real-time, two-way ERP sync costs more than nightly batch exports.

  3. Support SLA

Response times, support hours and on-call cover are priced into the agreement.

Estimates are written from your scope, with the effort and assumptions behind each line item.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you complete our security questionnaire and support a VAPT?

Yes. We answer vendor questionnaires on access control, encryption, secure development, backups and incident handling, and share architecture diagrams for review. When your team or a CERT-In empanelled auditor runs a VAPT, we fix reported issues and support retesting before go-live. We don't claim certifications we don't hold; we document our actual controls for your security team to assess.

What does a support SLA with you typically include?

Severity levels with response and resolution targets for each, support hours, channels for raising issues, and how incidents are communicated and reviewed afterwards. Critical production issues may need round-the-clock cover; minor defects can wait for business hours. We agree the terms in writing before go-live and price them to the cover you need rather than a one-size plan.

Can the application run in our own cloud account or data centre?

Yes. We deploy into your AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account, or package the application in Docker containers for your on-premise infrastructure, following your network and access policies. Infrastructure is defined as code so your team can review and reproduce it. Where data must stay in India, we use Indian cloud regions and confirm where backups and logs are kept.
