Frequently asked questions
Will you sign an NDA before we share details?
Yes. If your idea or data is sensitive, ask for a mutual NDA before sharing documents and we will sign one, or send ours for your review. For a first conversation, a general description of the product is usually enough to judge fit and discuss an indicative range, so you do not need to put anything confidential in the contact form itself.
What if we only have an idea, not a detailed specification?
That is a normal starting point. On the first call we ask about your users, the one or two jobs the product must do well, and any constraints such as launch dates or integrations. From there we propose a first release and write the scope for you. For broad or complex ideas, a short discovery phase produces user flows, a clickable prototype and a detailed estimate before development is committed.
Can we meet in person?
If you are in Delhi, Noida or Gurgaon, yes: we can meet at your office or ours for the kick-off and key workshops. Clients elsewhere in India work with us over video calls, with screen-shared design reviews, a shared task board and written weekly updates. If a project needs an on-site visit outside Delhi NCR, such as a warehouse walkthrough, we can plan it as part of discovery.
