About this policy
This policy explains how we handle personal data when you visit this website, fill in a form or contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp. It applies to this website and to enquiries about our services. Separate terms, agreed in writing, cover personal data we process for clients during a project.
In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean the company that operates this website, whose details appear on our contact page.
Personal data we collect
- Details you give us: your name, email address, phone number, company name, city, and the project information, budget range and files you choose to share through our forms or messages.
- Communication records: emails, messages and call notes connected to your enquiry.
- Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, the referring page and approximate location derived from the IP address, collected through server logs and, where enabled, analytics tools and cookies.
- Spam and security signals: timing and hidden-field checks on forms, used only to block automated or abusive submissions.
We do not ask for sensitive data such as bank account details, health information or government identity numbers through this website. Please do not send them.
Why we use it
We process personal data to:
- reply to your enquiry and arrange calls
- prepare proposals, estimates and contracts you request
- keep records of our conversations and agreements
- understand how the website is used so we can improve it
- protect the website, our systems and visitors from spam, fraud and security threats
- meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting a form or contacting us, and on the legitimate uses permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, such as processing data you have voluntarily provided for a specific purpose. We do not sell personal data or use it for automated decisions about you.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, for example to protect forms against misuse. If analytics are enabled, we use them to count visits and understand which pages are useful, not to build advertising profiles.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, such as forms, may not work correctly without essential cookies.
Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed to run our business, and only with:
- service providers that host the website, store data, send email or messages, or provide analytics, under contracts that limit how they may use it
- professional advisers such as lawyers and accountants, who owe us a duty of confidentiality
- government or law enforcement authorities, where the law requires it
- a successor organisation if our business is merged or transferred, with this policy continuing to apply
Some providers may store or process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on transfers permitted under Indian law and choose providers with appropriate security safeguards.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to respond, follow up and manage any resulting project. When it is no longer needed for that purpose, or when you withdraw consent, we delete or anonymise it, unless we must keep certain records longer for legal, tax or accounting reasons. Server logs and analytics data are kept for a limited period and then deleted or aggregated.
How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), access limited to staff who need the data, strong authentication for administrative systems and monitoring for misuse. No system is completely secure. If a personal data breach affects you, we will inform you and the Data Protection Board of India as the law requires.
Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023
As a data principal, you can:
- ask for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- ask us to correct, complete, update or erase your personal data
- withdraw your consent at any time, which does not affect processing that happened before you withdrew it
- nominate another person to exercise your rights in the event of your death or incapacity
- raise a grievance with us and, if you are not satisfied with our response, complain to the Data Protection Board of India
To make a request, write to us using the email address on our contact page with the subject "Privacy request". We may need to verify your identity before acting on it.
Children's data
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Grievances and changes to this policy
Questions and complaints about personal data can be sent to our grievance contact using the email address on our contact page. We aim to acknowledge requests promptly and to respond within the time the law requires.
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The latest version will always be on this page, and significant changes will be highlighted here.
