Who it's for

Recruitment runs on volume and speed. We build ATS, staffing and HR tech products that take manual steps out of sourcing, screening, scheduling and onboarding.

Cost depends on
  • Candidate-facing scope
  • Third-party integrations
  • Staffing payroll logic

Recruitment at volume, without the spreadsheet

Recruitment agencies, staffing firms and in-house talent teams juggle hundreds of candidates across open roles, many of whom reply faster on WhatsApp than email. Staffing firms add payroll for contract workers, statutory deductions and client billing. Generic ATS products cover the basics, but firms in a niche such as blue-collar hiring, campus drives or executive search often need their own workflow or product.

Challenges

Friction in recruitment workflows

  1. Resume overload

Hundreds of CVs per role in different formats, screened by hand.

  2. Scheduling back-and-forth

Interview slots arranged across candidates, panels and clients by phone.

  3. Offer-to-joining drop-offs

Selected candidates go quiet between offer and first day.

  4. Personal data sprawl

CVs, IDs and salary details in inboxes without consent or retention rules.

Recruitment features we build

  • Applicant tracking

Pipelines per role, stage feedback, client submissions and duplicate detection.

  • AI resume parsing

Skills and experience extracted into structured profiles, reviewed by recruiters.

  • WhatsApp candidate engagement

Screening questions, interview reminders and document requests through approved templates.

  • Digital onboarding

Offer acceptance and document collection, with DigiLocker fetch where you are an approved requester.

  • Contract staffing operations

Attendance, payroll inputs, PF and ESI details and client invoicing per worker.

How it works

From job opening to a candidate’s first day

  1. Recruiter

Step 1: Role opened and published

The role, its must-have criteria and client details are entered once, then published to your careers page and to job boards where integrations allow.

  2. AI resume parser

Step 2: Resumes parsed and ranked

Incoming CVs become structured profiles, duplicates are merged, and each candidate gets a match score with the reasons shown next to it.

  3. Recruiter

Step 3: Recruiter shortlists and screens

Recruiters review the ranking and make the call; screening questions go out on WhatsApp using approved templates.

  4. Candidate and interview panel

    Step 4: Interviews scheduled

Candidates choose from the panel’s free slots, reminders go out automatically and feedback is recorded against each stage.

  5. Candidate

Step 5: Offer accepted, documents in

The offer is accepted online and ID, education and employment documents are collected, fetched from DigiLocker where you are an approved requester.

  6. HR or staffing operations

Step 6: Joining and payroll set up

For contract staff, attendance, PF and ESI details and client billing are configured before day one, so the first salary and invoice are right.

Plain-English glossary

Recruitment tech terms, in plain English

ATS (applicant tracking system)
Software that tracks every candidate through each stage of each role, from application to joining. It stops good candidates slipping through the cracks when volumes run into hundreds.
Resume parsing
Reading a CV automatically and filling a structured profile with skills, experience and education. It saves hours of typing, although recruiters should still check what it extracted.
WhatsApp message templates
Pre-approved message formats that businesses must use to start conversations on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Interview reminders and document requests are sent this way.
DigiLocker
The government’s digital document wallet, from which approved organisations can fetch verified certificates with the candidate’s consent. It speeds up checks and makes forged certificates easier to catch.
PF and ESI
Statutory provident fund and employee state insurance contributions a staffing firm calculates and deposits for eligible workers. Errors bring penalties and unhappy staff, so the payroll logic must be precise.

Recruiter, candidate and client screens

Sample screens for a warehouse hiring drive; candidates appear as initials.

  • HR and recruitment software recruiter workspace warehouse supervisor, bhiwandi table in a web browser
Recruiter workspace. Recruiters see each role’s pipeline with a match score and the reasons behind it, and keep the final decision in their own hands.
  • HR and recruitment software candidate messaging chat on a phone, with a question and a reply
Candidate messaging. Candidates confirm interviews and share documents on the messaging app they already use, which cuts no-shows and phone tag.
  • HR and recruitment software client hiring dashboard in a web browser, with key figures and a chart
Client hiring dashboard. Hiring clients follow submissions, interviews and joiners in their own view, without waiting for the account manager’s weekly update.

Cost drivers

Cost considerations for recruitment platforms

  1. Candidate-facing scope

A job portal or candidate app adds design, SEO and support beyond the recruiter tool.

  2. Third-party integrations

Job boards, verification providers and assessment tools each need their own connection.

  3. Staffing payroll logic

Statutory deductions, allowances and client billing rules need careful modelling.

Estimates are written from your scope, with the effort and assumptions behind each line item.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can AI screen candidates automatically?

AI can rank and summarise, but we don't recommend letting it reject candidates on its own. A practical setup parses resumes, scores them against the role's must-have criteria and explains why, so recruiters review the shortlist and borderline cases. We avoid inputs that could act as proxies for gender, age, religion or caste, and log each score so decisions can be explained.

How should we handle candidate data under the DPDP Act?

Collect consent with a clear notice of purpose, keep only what the role needs, and delete or anonymise profiles after a set retention period unless the candidate opts into your talent pool. The software can record consent, handle withdrawal and access requests, and restrict who exports CVs. Your legal adviser approves the notice text and retention periods; we implement them.

Can the platform post jobs to Naukri, LinkedIn or Indeed?

It depends on each board's integration options and your subscription. Some offer posting or applicant APIs to partners or paid recruiter accounts; others support XML job feeds or forward applications by email. We check what your accounts allow and design around it. Where no integration exists, the system prepares the posting and captures applicants from forwarded emails or your careers page.
