Who it's for

We build construction software for contractors and builders: BOQ and budget tracking, daily progress reports from site, material indents and procurement, site stock, labour attendance, running account bills, subcontractor work orders and management dashboards. Site apps work offline, because most sites have weak connectivity.

  • Offline requirements
  • Contract and billing models
  • ERP and accounting sync

How to start

Tell us what you need in your own words. You talk to the developers who would build it and get a written, line-item estimate.

Connecting the site office to head office

On a construction project, the numbers that matter are created on site — quantities executed, materials received, labour present — but they usually reach head office late, on paper or WhatsApp. By the time a cost overrun shows up in accounts, the concrete has already set.

We build construction software that captures data where work happens and rolls it up to project control. Site engineers log progress against BOQ items, store staff record material receipts with photos, and billing teams prepare RA bills from measured quantities instead of rebuilding them in spreadsheets.

Challenges

Construction project control gaps

  1. Late progress data

Daily progress arrives as photos and messages that someone has to compile.

  2. Material leakage

Indents, receipts and consumption at site are hard to reconcile against BOQ quantities.

  3. Disputed labour records

Attendance and wages for contractor labour are contested without reliable site records.

  4. Billing delays

RA and subcontractor bills are prepared by hand from measurement books.

Construction modules we build

  • BOQ and budget control

BOQ import, rate analysis, budget against actual by item and alerts on overruns.

  • Daily progress reports

Offline site app for quantities, manpower, machinery, weather and geotagged photos.

  • Indents and site stock

Indent approvals, purchase orders, goods receipts with photos and consumption against work items.

  • Labour attendance

Face or QR attendance by contractor and trade, feeding wage and compliance records.

  • RA and subcontractor billing

Measurement entries, running bills, retention, recoveries and a certification workflow.

How it works

How site data reaches head office the same day

The cycle repeats every working day, so cost and progress figures are never more than a day old.

  1. Site app, works offline

Step 1: Site engineer logs the day's progress

Quantities executed against BOQ items, manpower, machinery and geotagged photos are saved on the phone even without signal.

  2. Site store

Step 2: Store raises a material indent

Material needed for next week's work is requested against the BOQ, and the project manager approves it from the app.

  3. Procurement

Step 3: Purchase order and goods receipt

The PO goes to the vendor; at delivery, store staff record quantities with a photo of the challan.

  4. Site supervisor

Step 4: Labour attendance by contractor

Workers are marked by face or QR under their contractor and trade, feeding wages and compliance registers.

  5. Billing engineer

Step 5: Measurements become an RA bill

Certified measurements generate the running account bill, with retention and advance recoveries applied automatically.

  6. Project control dashboard

Step 6: Head office compares budget with actual

Cost against the BOQ budget shows by item and project, and overruns raise alerts while there is still time to act.

Then it starts again at step 1: Site engineer logs the day's progress

Plain-English glossary

Construction software terms, plainly put

BOQ
Bill of quantities: the itemised list of work and materials priced in the contract. Logging progress and material against BOQ items is how software reveals cost overruns early.
RA bill
Running account bill: an interim bill for work measured so far during the project. Generating it from site measurements avoids rebuilding it in spreadsheets every month.
Indent
A request from site for materials, approved before a purchase order goes out. Comparing indents with actual consumption shows where material is going missing.
Offline sync
The app keeps entries on the phone when there is no signal and uploads them later with the original time and location. Site data is never lost and nobody retypes it at the office.

The site app, the store tablet and the head-office view

  • Construction software site app daily progress on a phone, with input fields and an action button
Site app. Site engineers record the day's work in a couple of minutes, even offline, and head office sees it as soon as the phone finds a signal.
  • Construction software store tablet material received today on a tablet, with 3 entries
Store tablet. Store staff record every delivery against its purchase order with a challan photo, so shortages are caught at the gate.
  • Construction software project control budget against actual table in a web browser, with 3 rows and status labels
Project control. Project managers see cost against the BOQ budget for each item as work happens, instead of discovering overruns at month end.

Cost drivers

What drives construction software effort

  1. Offline requirements

Full offline capture with conflict handling on sync takes more engineering than online-only forms.

  2. Contract and billing models

Item-rate, lump-sum and EPC contracts each need different measurement and billing logic.

  3. ERP and accounting sync

Posting purchases, bills and payments to Tally or SAP needs mapping and reconciliation.

Estimates are written from your scope, with the effort and assumptions behind each line item.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Will the site app work where there is no network?

Yes, that is a design requirement for us. The site app for Android stores progress entries, attendance, photos and material receipts on the device and syncs when any connection is available. Each record keeps its capture time and location, so late syncing does not change when the work happened. If two people edit the same record offline, the system flags the conflict for a supervisor instead of silently overwriting either entry.

Can the system help with labour compliance records?

It maintains the records compliance depends on: worker registrations by contractor, attendance, wages paid, and welfare-board registration details where applicable. Registers and reports export in the formats your HR or compliance team uses for inspections. Legal obligations vary by state and contract, and labour law has been changing, so we implement the record-keeping your team specifies rather than interpreting the law ourselves.

Can it handle government contracts that use measurement books?

Yes. For item-rate public works contracts, we model the schedule of quantities, measurement entries with dimensions and deductions, and the certification chain your client department follows. RA bills are generated from certified measurements, with recoveries such as mobilisation advances and retention tracked across bills. Bills export in the format the department expects, and every change to a measurement keeps its history.
