How a deep-clean booking reaches the right crew
Contract housekeeping runs the same loop every day, with site attendance and checklists in place of a one-off quote.

Step 1: Customer gets an instant quote
They enter the home size (say, 3 BHK), bathrooms, kitchen type and add-ons such as sofa shampooing. The calculator applies your rate card and shows the price.

Step 2: Crew, van and machines reserved
The scheduler books a crew of the right size together with the van and the scrubber, so two jobs never claim the same team or machine.

Step 3: Crew checks in at the address
Check-in works only inside a geo-fence around the address, giving the office a reliable record of arrival time.

The crew lead ticks off each room with before-and-after photos. If the home differs from the booking, they revise the quote for the customer to approve in the app.

Cleaning business terms, in plain English
- Geo-fence
- An invisible boundary drawn on the map around a client site. The staff app allows check-in only inside it, so attendance shows who was actually at the building rather than who marked it from home.
- Rate card
- Your price list broken into parts: per room, per bathroom or per square foot, plus add-ons. Turning it into a calculator means every customer gets the same price for the same job, whoever takes the call.
- Roster
- The plan of who works at which site on which shift. Kept in software, it shows gaps before a shift starts and feeds attendance and overtime straight into payroll inputs.
- PF and ESI
- Provident Fund and Employees' State Insurance, the statutory contributions for eligible employees in India. The software prepares attendance and wage data so your accountant can calculate them accurately.

Can site attendance be verified without biometric machines?
Yes. The staff app allows check-in only inside a geo-fence around the client site, optionally with a selfie, and supervisors see live presence per site. As selfies and location are personal data, we collect them only during shifts, explain why in the app and set retention periods in line with the DPDP Act 2023.
How can we price a deep clean online without a site visit?
We turn your rate card into a calculator: property size, bathrooms, kitchen type, condition and add-ons such as sofa or mattress cleaning. The customer sees an estimate and books. If the home differs from the description, the crew lead revises the quote on site for the customer to approve in the app.
Can the software prepare payroll inputs for housekeeping staff?
Yes. It produces attendance, overtime, leave and site-wise deployment data ready for payroll, including the inputs your accountant needs for PF and ESI. Full payroll can be built in, but many contractors export to a payroll tool they already use; we decide during scoping, based on headcount and how often wage rules change.
