Local & on-demand services
Membership, class booking and coaching apps for gyms, yoga studios, fitness chains and online coaches.

At a glance

Fitness businesses earn on renewals, and renewals follow attendance. We build member apps, trainer tools and front-office software for gyms, studios and online coaches.

How to start
Tell us what you need in your own words. You talk to the developers who would build it and get a written, line-item estimate.
Get a project estimateGyms, yoga studios, CrossFit boxes and dance academies share one problem: revenue depends on renewals, and renewals depend on attendance.
A connected system shows which members have stopped coming, which batches fill up and which trainers keep clients. Online coaches need something else: a way to deliver plans and check in between sessions.
Challenges
Memberships lapse when reminders depend on staff.
Medical freezes, branch transfers and PT add-ons get lost on paper.
Popular slots overflow while others run half empty.
Plans, check-ins and progress photos scattered across chats.
Solutions
Across 4 areas

Custom scheduling software for consultants, service centres, labs and multi-location businesses: availability rules, reminders, payments and calendar sync.

Subscription stores and memberships on UPI AutoPay, card mandates and eNACH, with pause, skip and swap controls and fulfilment planning.

Custom CRM software that captures leads from every channel, keeps follow-ups on schedule and shows managers a live pipeline.

Course platforms with protected video, live classes, assessments, certificates and payments, designed for multilingual content and learners on low bandwidth.
Plans, freezes, upgrades and renewals with GST invoices.
QR or biometric attendance synced to profiles.
Batch schedules, capacity limits and waitlists.
Trainer-assigned programmes with progress logs.
Health Connect or HealthKit data, shared with consent.
How it works
Attendance drives the whole cycle, because members who keep coming are the ones who renew.
A new member picks a plan, pays the first month and approves a UPI AutoPay mandate once. The GST invoice arrives by email.
They reserve a spot in the 7 am yoga or HIIT batch. When a class is full they join the waitlist and get a notification if someone cancels.
Scanning a QR code at the door, or a biometric device if you use one, marks attendance on the member's profile.
Trainers set workout and diet plans, log sessions and follow progress, including steps or heart rate from a watch when the member has chosen to share it.
Members who have not checked in for, say, ten days appear on a follow-up list, so staff can call well before the renewal date.
The mandate charges the next cycle after the required advance notice. If the debit fails, the member gets a payment link and the front desk sees it flagged.
Then it starts again at step 1: Member joins and sets up AutoPay
Platforms
One Flutter or React Native codebase for Android and iOS, with native modules where a feature needs them.

Cost drivers
Biometric or turnstile integration depends on the vendor's SDK.
Workout videos need hosting, streaming and download rules.
Chains need cross-branch access, transfers and central reporting.
Estimates are written from your scope, with the effort and assumptions behind each line item.

FAQ
Yes. Through a gateway such as Razorpay, members approve a UPI AutoPay or card mandate once, and each renewal is debited on schedule with the advance notifications the e-mandate framework requires. Failed debits trigger a reminder and payment link, while the front desk can still record cash or one-off UPI payments.
Yes, through Google Health Connect on Android and Apple HealthKit on iPhone, which many watches and bands sync with. Members choose what to share, such as steps or heart rate, and can revoke access. As this is health data, we collect only what coaching needs and keep consent records in line with the DPDP Act 2023.
Often, to start. A progressive web app lets clients log workouts, meals and check-ins from a phone browser without app-store approval. Native apps make sense once you need wearable data, offline workout videos or dependable iPhone push notifications. We structure the backend so native apps can follow without rework.
