Can you plan delivery routes for our distribution vans?
Yes. We group the day's orders by area, suggest a delivery sequence using a mapping service, and give drivers an app showing stops, invoice amounts and collections due. Drivers capture proof of delivery with photos or signatures and record cash or UPI collections. Returns and closed shops are logged for follow-up.
Can a namkeen brand track batches and shelf life across distributors?
Yes. Each production batch gets a code linked to manufacturing and expiry dates, and every dispatch records which batch went to which distributor. The system warns when stock nears expiry so it can be sold or returned in time, and it traces a batch quickly if a quality complaint comes in. Orders from your own online store draw on the same stock data.
Is ONDC worth considering for an Indore seller?
It can be. ONDC is a government-backed open network where sellers list products through a seller-side app and become visible to buyers on participating buyer apps, without one platform controlling discovery. For local brands and retailers it is an additional channel worth testing. Joining usually happens through an existing seller app provider; building your own network participant only makes sense at scale.
