CRM development for real estate developers and brokers

Property sales need a pipeline that runs for years
A generic CRM assumes a deal closes and the record goes quiet. In real estate, the booking starts the longest stretch: agreement, loan disbursements, construction-linked demands and possession. Before it, leads arrive from property portals, social ads, missed-call numbers on hoardings and channel partners, and a pre-sales team calls most of them before anyone visits the site.
We build real estate CRMs for developers and larger brokerages that have outgrown spreadsheets or a configurable CRM. The work covers lead capture and routing, calling, site visits, channel partner rules, cost sheets and bookings, with post-sales collections linked to accounts. Stages come from how your team actually sells, not from a template.

Challenges
Sales problems specific to real estate teams
Leads scattered across sources
Portal, ad, missed-call and walk-in enquiries land in different inboxes, and slow first calls lose buyers.
Disputed lead ownership
Channel partners and the direct team claim the same buyer, and brokerage disputes follow.
Unverifiable site visits
Visits logged after the fact make funnel reports and partner payouts unreliable.
Inconsistent cost sheets
Hand-built quotes with varying charges cause confusion at booking and in the agreement.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Why build a custom CRM instead of using an off-the-shelf one?
Often you should not. If a configurable CRM fits your stages, it is quicker and cheaper to start. Custom makes sense when you need channel partner rules, cost sheets from your live price list or post-sales collections on the same buyer record, or when per-user subscriptions grow into a large recurring cost. If configuration would solve the problem, we will say so.
How do you prevent disputes between channel partners and our direct sales team?
The CRM applies your policy consistently. When a partner registers a lead, the system checks whether that phone number already exists and, if not, gives the partner ownership for a set period. A visit confirmed by OTP at the site office strengthens the claim; if nothing happens before the period ends, ownership lapses. Every step is time-stamped, so disputes are settled from the record rather than memory.
Can calls be recorded and summarised automatically?
Recording comes from your telephony provider and is linked to the lead, with a disclosure that calls are recorded. Transcripts and summaries are possible with speech-to-text and language models, but accuracy drops with mixed Hindi-English speech, crosstalk and poor lines. We treat summaries as drafts a manager can check, and store recordings with access controls and a retention period set with the DPDP Act in mind.
Can sales executives use the CRM on their phones at the site office?
Yes. Visit check-in, feedback, unit availability and cost sheets are built mobile-first, as a progressive web app or a native app if you need offline capture. Executives see only their own leads. Price lists and discount limits come from the server, so a quote shared from a phone matches what accounts will invoice.
